When you request a cash offer, request a rehab bid, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you share about the property, your project, or your situation. If you call or text us, we keep records of those communications. Like most websites, we also collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) through standard analytics.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request and, if you choose to move forward, to complete the purchase of your property or your rehab project. That includes contacting you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry, preparing your offer or bid, and coordinating a closing with a title company.
